Brent has over six years of private equity and private investment experience where he led investment teams and drove the growth of several consumer product and retail companies. Immediately prior to joining The Focus Room, Brent was one of the founders of Potion, Inc., a dynamic media services and design company with operations in three countries. Brent brings a dynamic presence to The Focus Room, and will concentrate on ensuring that our customers are provided with a consistently high level of service and professionalism from everyone they encounter at the Company

University of Michigan B.A Psychology. As a second generation member of the market research industry, Amanda joined The Focus Room in 1996 and is responsible for overseeing The Focus Room Facilities. Amanda manages all client relations and assists Facility Directors in project management.

Judi Lippert, Senior VP Field Services

SUNY Buffalo, B.A in Psychology. Judi brings her 25 years experience in qualitative and quantitative research to the Focus Room. Formally Facility and Field Director at WAC Inc. Her qualitative experience includes field management, and was responsible for executing projects internationally. Now working with the Focus Room clients, Judi provides a seamless integration of the two companies.

Cindy Flores, Facility Director, Westchester, NY

Lehman College B.A in Business Administration. Cindy began working as the project manager in the Stamford location and became the Facility Director in January of 2007. She has now relocated to the Westchester facility and will continue to provide the same great service.

Jessica De Palo, Facility Director, New York City, NY

Lehigh University, B.S. in Marketing and Master’s in Technology Based Education. Prior to joining The Focus Room, Jessica worked at Iona College and Lehigh University as a Division I Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. Her ability to run and manage a team will add great leadership to our staff. She is new to the market research field, but brings a fresh perspective to the company.

Western Connecticut State University B.B.A in Business Administration. Rachel joined The Focus Room in 2007 as a Project Manager. In her role as Director, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management for our Stamford Facility and manages client relations.
