| From Northern New Jersey |
I-80 east towards New York to I-95 North to 68B towards George Washington Bridge merge onto New Jersey Turnpike North. New Jersey Turnpike turns into I-95. Take I-87 exit 1C toward Major Deegan Expressway/Albany/Queens. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto I-87 N. Take exit 4 toward Cross County Parkway. Take Cross County Parkway East ramp towards Bronx River Parkway. Cross County East Parkway becomes Hutchinson River Parkway which becomes Merritt Parkway in Connecticut. Take exit 35 off the Merritt Parkway in CT. Turn right at end of ramp. Go straight through 2 lights and The Focus Room is on your left (2 buildings down from Borders Bookstore ). It is a brown office building with solar panels on the roof and The Focus Room entrance is on the right hand side of the building on the 2nd floor. |
| From Merritt Parkway (Route 15) |
| (Same directions whether coming from the North or the South ) Take exit 35. Turn right at end of ramp. Go straight through 2 lights and The Focus Room is on your left (2 buildings down from Borders Bookstore ). It is a brown office building with solar panels on the roof and The Focus Room entrance is on the right hand side of the building on the 2nd floor. |

| From South: Exit 8 (Atlantic Street ), turn left at the end of ramp onto Atlantic street. From North: Exit 7, go to second light and turn right onto Atlantic Street. Continue on Atlantic Street which will change into Bedford Street (one-way) after you pass McDonalds. You will travel a few miles and when you come to a large intersection, you will turn right onto High Ridge Road. From this point you will travel several miles. Watch for People’s Bank on your left and The Focus Room is directly across the street (on your right ) in a two-story office building with solar panels on the roof. Enter through the right side entrance into the lobby, take elevator to the 2nd floor. |

| Get onto Atlantic Street going North and follow directions above. |

| Take 678 North ( Van Wyck Express ) to the Whitestone Expressway. Go over the Whitestone Bridge. Follow 678 to the Hutchinson River Parkway North. This will turn into the Merritt Parkway ( Route 15 ) when you enter Connecticut. Take Exit 35 and follow the directions above for the Merritt Parkway. |

| Take 287 East ( Grand Central Parkway ) to 678 North (Whitestone Expressway). Go over the Whitestone Bridge . Follow 678 to the Hutchinson River Parkway North. This will turn into the Merritt Parkway ( Route 15 ) when you enter Connecticut. Take Exit 35 and follow the directions above for the Merritt Parkway. |

| Leaving airport exit, take first right up to stoplight – turn right onto King Street – continue on King Street and watch for signs to Merritt Parkway North. Get on Merritt Parkway Northbound, and follow directions above for Merritt Parkway. |
| From East & West Sides of Manhattan |
West Side Highway straight becomes Henry Hudson Parkway. Go over Harlem River Bridge. Continue through Riverdale, then Henry Hudson turns into Saw Mill. Stay in right lane and go to Cross County Parkway to Hutchinson River Parkway North. This becomes Merritt Parkway in Connecticut, now follow the directions above for the Merritt Parkway. - Or - Take Major Deegan ( 87 North ) to Cross County Parkway East ( Exit 4 ). Follow signs to Hutchinson River Parkway and Merritt Parkway North. Now follow directions above for the Merritt Parkway. |
