By clicking the Register button you will take the first step to create a profile and begin receiving surveys & calls for potential studies. The initial questionnaire asks for information that will assist us in finding upcoming studies for which you might qualify!

Step 2: Take Surveys Online & Over the Phone
Surveys will periodically be emailed to you. Our surveys are mobile-friendly, so you can conveniently complete them from any mobile device on-the-go by either clicking on the link in your email. Completing these surveys will help us to determine if you qualify. If you meet the preliminary criteria, one of our recruiters will give you a call to ask a few more questions and hopefully get you signed up to participate.

Why do you need personal information about me?
We use that information to sort potential candidates to participate in the research. All studies have various requirements and quotas based on age, gender, household income, and even specific product usage. We use this data to help guide our initial search to avoid bombarding your inbox with studies that you may not pre-qualify for.

Do you sell my information?
No, we keep your information confidential. Our clients are only allowed to use your data for the specific purpose for which it was collected.

What are the different ways I can participate?
There are a variety of ways you can participate with the majority having a professional moderator leading the discussion.

  • Focus groups Online or In-Person: This type of study consists of participants who are led through specific discussions by a moderator and can range in size between 3 - 15 people. And sometimes we will conduct one-one sessions with individual participants. These discussions may be conducted remotely, using your desktop or laptop and webcam, or in one of our focus group facilities across the country.
  • Online bulletin boards: Online bulletin boards are private community platforms where you and other participants can post responses and participate in activities and exercises. Researchers will view and respond to posts and pose questions in the forum space.
  • In-depth interview in real life environment: An in-depth research interview, with the observer physically present, with the research experience to be completed in real-life environments, such as out shopping, eating at a restaurant or even at home.

All participation in any of the above will require you to be pre-screened, qualified, and invited to participate by our recruiting specialists prior to participation and receipt of compensation.

What are you trying to sell me?
Paid market research isn’t and never will involve a sales pitch. The goal is to gain feedback on products and services used in our everyday lives. Rest assured, there will never be any sales attempt made by our company. Ever.

How do I know this is legit?
Most market research companies you come across are genuine and we are one of those! You can always do your own research to ensure the company asking you to participate is a member of a market research organizations, such as Insights Association, American Marketing Association, QRCA and ESOMAR. And we are members of ALL!

How will I be paid?
There are several different methods we use to thank our participants for their time and opinions. You may get paid with cash, check, gift cards, by keeping the product, or a combination of these. The incentive amounts are based on what our clients specify, and we will share these details with you during the invitation process.
